1. Wear heels more often.
Let’s be honest, heels are actually very unhealthy for your feet. But the more you wear them the more accustomed your foot becomes and gradually I guess becomes “numb” to the unhealthiness. (If only this worked with a McDonalds‘diet). It’s a balancing act both literally and figuratively. You don’t have to slip into stilettos to go to the mailbox, but avoid becoming too dependent on you flats. The more familiar your feet are with higher heels, the less painful they will be.
